This is what happened since the last community update:
Monthly Feature Voting
Last week was the second official monthly feature voting. The results are the following:
- Hotkeys 3.82/5
- Report Filters 4.13/5
- BBCodes for units and resources 3.98/5
Therefore, we will integrate the second suggestion in the game with 2.43. Thanks for your ideas and for participating in our vote.
Current Progress
The development of version 2.42 is coming to an end. The beta world will be updated on Friday and a special world will be open in order to test the Heroes. More information regarding the testing of the Heroes will be communicated on the forums!

Will the list of heroes be given out now, or we need to join the test world? Are we getting lvl20 hero in the start?
Any major update regarding them?
A list of heroes might be published in the wiki. It has not been decided yet. Heroes will start from level 1, you will have to level them up during the beta testing 😉
marcel/the envoy said all players will be given a lvl20 hero in the start of the game? Has that idea been dumped?
And pls add it to wiki now. You can always change it later(maybe add warning/disclaimer)
The level 20 hero will still be given to new players (and since the hero-testing world will be a new world as well, you will get that hero easily).
when will join the heroes in grepolis ?
There is no set date yet, but you can join the latest beta world and try the hero feature there:

One “tutorial” hero will be gifted and level 20 right from the start, yes. The other “normal” heroes will start from level 1.
Will tutorial hero be random one, or will all players be given the same hero?
All will be given the same hero – Andromeda. 🙂

Yeah! I can’t wait for the new update. I think that hotkeys, and BBcodes for units and resources are awesome ideas. But unfortunately the rules say that the best will be on the next update. And the last question: Where can I make a suggestion for better game, which may be sent to the monthly feature voting?
Suggestions can be made on your local forum. If it gets voted in by your community, your community manager will forward it to us 😉
:/ Being on this website shows that we are dedicated so shouldn’t we know about this special “hero world” here? I am up for fair play though so I guess I shouldn’t complain.
We want to reach a larger amount of players with the beta testing of the Heroes and some details are still being prepared. That’s the main reason why all information will be communicated on Friday first. Be assured that your dedication is much appreciated!
So heroes won’t be in 2.42 applied to the current beta warrior world but will be in a new world? Will this be open on friday or later?

Yes, the live worlds will not yet get the heroes activated. The feature should be tested thoroughly by the community before we make the feature available publicly.
We want to make sure that it is working well and that the community really likes the feature! 😉
Geode (The community manager of beta) doesn’t post the announce with the 2.42 version and doesn’t open the world.

Rise of Heroes was launched.
when will the heroes be available on the normal beta world zz3? or will they only be available on the Rise of Heroes world zz2? don’t quite get the purpose of making a new test world when one already exists, so just wondering.
The problem with the other beta world is that there are a lot of players with high accounts which take over all new players.
We wanted to give all testers a fresh experience when testing the heroes. Also, we want to advertise our beta worlds stronger, especially the “Rise of Heroes” world as this feature needs proper testing and your feedback. 😉

We can not play longer in beta
Where are Ferkyon, Terylea, Urephon, Zuretha from, i searched for all the heros recognize/know and i couldn’t find anything on those 4.
Also an idea/improvement (or atleast i think so) could be to add their basic information/history with the effekt they give.
Ferkyon, Terylea, Urephon and Zuretha are completely fictional. Although we will mostly rely on true heroes from ancient greece, we will also establish new individuals. 😉
If I have some questions about how the heroes feature works in Rise of Heroes, where should I ask them?
