short answer no nothing “programed”/coded.
Design wise there already happened quite some rough and even more detailed concepts end of last year and first half of this year.

is one of the fixed, the missing of these eventboni for new cities? because its wasn fixed till the end of the current boni. and will it be fixed for the next event with comunity/ally/playerboni?
