Community update: Week 5

This week we released a new version of our app, that includes the possibility to see published reports in private messages. This was one of the first steps in including a larger plan for the app to support the BB-codes and improving the messaging system as the alliance forum.

The browser and app teams

The browser team has worked on the new Quest Log feature that actually can be tested on the beta servers. Additionally we made last adjustments to the February event that is also live on beta during these days. The app team has continued their work to bring more functions of the browser version to the app, specially as said before improving the forums and messaging system.

This is a bit unrelated but something that should be asked to the devs and no other official channels can be found for contact.

I was wondering – with Inno’s other games like Tribal Wars 2, Forge of Empires, etc.

I’m impressed with them. Is there any possibility of like, a Grepolis 2? Basically a overhaul (or even coding from scratch) of the entire game and implementing features that have been on to-do lists for years?

I can’t help but think that’s exactly what it would take to reinvigorate the current player base and perhaps bring older players back. And a more modern UI/interface will be more attractive to players on the web and mobile?

And yeah that’d actually make things easier on a lot of Grepo staff altogether – no more griping via tickets/forums. lol

      Hi,
possibilities are always there, but for now we are not planning to do a Grepolis 2. We are more focused on improving the existing game. But never say never 🙂

I can no longer use the app and do not know why. It tells me there is not a version compatible with my device. My phone is not old and all OS are up to date. I have an LG G2. I tried to uninstall the app in hopes of reinstalling it and it would fix the problem. The game was no longer located in the Google play store. When I went to your website to get that avenue I got the same min compatible message again. I last used it at 330am est and at 8 a.m. it was no longer working

Hey, sorry for the delayed answer. Do you still have problems with using the app? We had couple of issues within the last days. To be sure, I would recommend that you contact our support team, in case you still have this problem. They will probably help you very quickly.

Can you play In Demeters name also on mobile app? I can’t find the tavern anywhere on it

    • Tobias Winter says:

Hi, no the Demeter’s Event can only be accessed on the browser version. But playing on the app will trigger new ingredients (provisions) for your account. So, when you return to the browser version after your app session, you should be able to spend these new ingredients in the event. Anyway the daily limit of new provisions stays at 10.
