Community update: Week 7

The event “In Demeter’s Name” is running for nearly one week now. We got already lots of feedback about it and would like to thank you for sharing your ideas and impressions with us. Mostly the feedback so far has been good from our communities. As always we have more players that like the event, the graphics, the daily tasks to collect all ingredients, the possibility to compete against other players and the fact that you can explore so many different combinations.
For sure there are also negative voices we don’t want to quash. We appreciate your constructive feedback and you can be sure, that we hear that. We constantly discuss the influences of events on the game, with our product managers, game designers and with you guys. In the past we tried to balance the impact with price adjustments, exchanging units and their strengths. But this seems not enough, for our next events, maybe already for the Easter event, we want to try another approach. our designers are currently working on the next designs. We will try to keep you in the loop. Until then keep sharing your thoughts about the game on our forums, no matter if positive or negative.

Furthermore we started several new servers all over the world during the last weeks. We hope the corresponding setting is satisfying for you. This time we let you guys vote for some of the most important settings and we would like to keep this process.

Concerning our mobile app we were dealing with Android issues last week. A new version of the app has been recently deployed and is ready to be downloaded. With this new version these issues should be solved. If you discover similar or new problems, feel free to contact our support teams.

Actually the developers are working on improving the map in the browser. We plan to present first screens to you within the next days. We will add new filter options to the strategic map, where you can quickly highlight alliances, players and own cities to get a better overview, where your friends, allies or enemies are settled.

The second big topic it the Easter event. Graphics are mostly ready and the implementation has been started. Stay tuned for this one.

That’s it for now, keep enjoying the game. Good luck and see you next week.
