I have reported a couple of buggs i discovered in the android app and tried to upload the screendumps but after i rezized the image to get it uploaded (1mb limit) the support didn’t believed what they saw and wanted me to upload the complete image (1.4mb) but thats not possible to do because the 1mb limit. Luthoria insisted i described every step in the building upgrade, which i did.
After several days of frustration i started wonder if 5§ in playing rules is worth to abide if youre not beliving what we report.
Why should we (the players)report errors and buggs if you don’t believe us.

Like Luthoria wroth, we don’t compensate you for losses caused by an visual error.

“a change to the behavior of the luck factor in battle.”

what do you mean by that?

    • Marcel Zons says:

It’s being calculated like this now: Two random numbers between 0 and 30 are added together. Subtract 30 from the result and you got your luck factor (between -30% and +30%).
However, since there are way more combinations to create a 30 from the sum than i.e. create a 0, results get rarer the closer you get to the edges of the total number.

    Thank you for your work.

Got anything more specific than ” change to the behavior of the luck factor in battle.”? Like how it’s now calculated 🙂

        Excuse me!
The different between -30 and +30 are always 60, isn’t it?
So you had to calculate, should be the addition of a random number between zero to sixty. Then you have to plus a random number between zero to sixty and divided the result through two – and the you started with zero and translate it to -30 and the 60 are the +30.
Only for myself, I do not believe, this is a better way, than before.

Are you going to replace the screenshots on the main page grepolis?

    • Marcel Zons says:

It’s something we have on our list, but thanks for the reminder! 🙂

  6. Mim le Fay says:

I’ll checked it again – for both ways – yours and the random with 60 minus 30 all in all in more than 1 Million calculations – you are right.
Your calculation are much closer to zero.
    Thank you!
